Meet Your Teacher
Hi there! My name is Mrs. Barnes. I am very excited to have your child in my classroom this year! I have been teaching for three years now, but this is my first year in Kindergarten. My husband and I are from Somerset where we both graduated. We are big soccer and football fans! I love reading, exercising, and spending time with my family. We are going to have bunches of fun together this year!

My goal is to help your child learn and grow all while having fun! I strive to make each student feel included and welcomed in our little classroom family. Valuable learning happens best when a child is comfortable in their environment! I am very eager to get to know and build a relationship with your child!
