hi third graders I'm misses cotton ball and I'll be your reading teacher this year welcome to third grade just a little bit of stop me this is my eighth year teaching I'm a graduate of Northstar myself and then I went to college at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and iup I live on our family farm with my 10 and 3 year old son Kyler we have a Golden Retriever named Gunner a cat named Lucky and two baby goats named Buzzy and Hopper I'm looking forward to making a lot of fun memories this school year here's a few of my favorite things my favorite color is red and you'll see lots of red ladybugs in my classroom my favorite season is summer and fall food is chicken salad and chocolate drink coffee book Charlotte's Web vacation spot the beach or Disney World flower sunflowers and I love being outside going for walks or hikes and going on adventures with family now I'm just going to take you on a little tour of our classroom here is a picture of a room from my desk the most important thing that I want you to know this year is that I will always believe in you we will read lots of fun stories and class one of my favorite things about reading is that you can go anywhere just fine turning a page I can't wait to see all of your smiling faces feeling this room here's a picture of where your Cubbies are located for your bookbag your coat your lunch box all your personal belongings and other picture is a picture of where are Chromebooks will be located I can't wait to see you and I look forward to having a great year with all of you see you soon
